Any Member may request permanent account closure at any time by contacting st879 support. Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in the account (after deduction of any pending bonus funds) will be refunded to the Member's verified payment method within 5 business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Accounts that have not recorded a login for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as inactive.
